| Franchise Ordering System |
| The Franchise ordering system is a Web-based system for Franchise Ordering. Master data maintenance, Catalogue Management, Franchise Ordering, Order Consolidation and Order Tracking form the core functionality for the Franchise Ordering System. The web-based Franchise Ordering system eliminates the e-mailing and keying of orders by allowing the franchisees to place their orders on a web screen. |

| The orders from different franchisees are sent to the Head Office where they are consolidated depending on Product and Supplier and supplier orders are placed with Supplier for procuring deficient goods. The system allows the franchisees to track their orders over the web until the goods are delivered to them. After receiving goods from Suppliers at the warehouse, the Goods are dispatched to the franchisees and their status is updated in the Franchise Ordering System. |
